Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
The information in these Terms and Conditions is based on the previous verbal agreement between you and the Agency. If there is any discrepancy, please call us immediately.
2. Confidentiality
The information you supply to us is completely confidential
3. Change of guardian
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the guardian, you may call the Agency for a change of guardian. For change of guardian or termination of homestay assignment you have to give 30 days notice of termination and to get your deposit refunded it must be within the agreed time 6 months or 1 year stays otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Collection of Commission
Upon receiving the deposit and 1stt month rental guardian has to make immediate payment to our company.
5. Responsibilities
Our guardian take their homestay assignments seriously. They would provide a decent and reasonable place, bed and meals
6. Commissions
It is well established practice in Singapore that the commission paid to agencies is first month rental and it is payable 50% immediately after the down payment received by the owner or guardian and the next 50% immediately after the 1st month rental payment. The . Agencies may occasionally negotiate lower commissions for very short term homestay assignments. Please let us know immediately if the guardian or student try to renegotiate the rental fees, the commission payable to us or tries to by-pass the agency.
7. Disputes
We at the Agency believe that our role does not end when we supply a tutor. Disputes between parents/students and guardian are rare. However, we will also use our good offices to help resolve any disputes that may arise. We can't make any guarantees, but we will do our best to resolve the dispute. Please let us know at any time if you have a disagreement.

Host Parent’s Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate personal information. . |

Shall not enter obscene or objectionable images , massages and any other form of information on trustedhomstay.com. |

Shall not attempt to damage the Trusted homestay .com site and services. |
| 4. |
Shall not promote and advertise products or services. |
| 5. |
Must be 18 years old |
| 6. |
Parents expect regular progress reports for younger student . Make a point to discuss the student's progress with the parent each month. |
| 7. |
Inform the agency 30 days before you wish to terminate the assignment. This will allow the agency to get a replacement homestay. |
| 8. |
Do not forsake the student when his/her examinations are drawing near. |
| 9. |
Please inform the agency if you are in any way treated unfairly |
Student Responsibilities

I will observe the rules and regulations of homestay |
| 2. |
I will be considerate on the use of water, electricity and facilities of homestay |
| 3. |
I will abide by the homestay rules in regards to keep my room tidy, washing dish and others |
| 4. |
I will inform the guardian on my whereabouts and plans each day. |
| 5. |
I will give 30 days notice for homestay termination |
| 6. |
I will pay the rental fee according to the agreed term |
| 7. |
I will make every effort to interact with my room mates and family members |
| 8. |
Please inform the agency if you are in any way treated unfairly. |
Through the assignment , we will received the feed back from parents with the feedback we had received , we are able to grade the homestay objectively .
